how to start a claim/suit for ficticious use of language via false name

how do you start such a claim? As I recall, YAL has you file something with the postmaster general?
Has anyone done this?
I have a traffic ticket with wrong name.
I have another suit against my all cap named entity and another for a friend. all of them are not the proper name.

thoughts?

Not sure but regarding your traffic ticket, where in the procedure are you with it? Because there are other effective things you can do to win it...

sorry didnt see the reply.
So I sent back the contract with no contract language - back to the court and cops. It was ignored at court. they proceeded against me. ( I was out of country for the hearing. I know- bad to miss your hearing. ) so they filed a ruling for $270 or so. for speeding. They then suspended my drivers license. So I'm at a bit of a loss what to do next? File a motion to dismiss based on lack of jurisdiction against the living man?

Void judgement is an option.
Challenging jurisdiction can definitely be done at any time... just be prepared to follow through and default them if they do not respond or reschedule a jurisdiction hearing for your motion.
